ACT must rely on patron donations for 70% of our operating budget.  Because we are a 501c3 organization your donations are tax deductible, and you will receive receipts for your records.

$30,000 was raised before the end of 2021.  With the matching benefactor's generous gift, we doubled that fund to $60,000!  Great way to start 2022!

Murray's on Main couldn't be happier to be able to present a $1000 check from MOM'S PURSE to the Area Community Theater... the beauty of this donation is that it gets doubled because of the kindness of an anonymous donor who is matching funds donated to ACT!!

I have been involved with the Area Community Theatre for over twenty-five years. I have enjoyed meeting many new people through ACT and have made many lifetime friends as a result of my involvement. Whether I am acting, directing, selling refreshments, or popping popcorn for our patrons, there is never a dull moment when I am at the theatre. I simply can't imagine my life without being involved with ACT. It has been a very positive experience for me.
