$20 per show. $10 for a student ticket.

All tickets purchased will be held at the Box Office unless otherwise requested. *PLEASE NOTE: Due to limited seating, we do not reserve any tickets without advance payment.

All sales are final. Except in the case of a canceled performance, there will be NO REFUNDS. Exchanges are free of charge for members and are subject to an exchange fee for non-members. Exchanges may be made for the same production with at least 24-hours advance notice to the box office. No exchanges can be made from one production to another.

Mail orders will be fulfilled based on ticket availability.

If a ticket is returned to the box office at least 2 hours before curtain, the cost of that ticket may be listed as a tax-deductible donation in your name.

discounts

The child discount is available to all students aged 17 and under. Students must show ID in order to receive the student discount. The student discount is given for each ID presented.

Please contact the Box Office for more information on group discounts:

20 or more people = $12.50 per ticket
40 or more people = $10 per ticket

One discount may be used per ticket.

If you are using a coupon, gift certificate, or electronic voucher, you must let us know at the time of reservation.

inclement weather policy

This IS Wisconsin, so there is always a chance of weather related concerns. Snow or other severe weather closings will be posted by 4:00 pm on our website each performance day (matinees by 11:30am) and cancellations will be announced on WXOW as well as our Facebook/Twitter social media pages.

In the event of a show cancellation by ACT:
If ACT cancels a performance due to inclement weather, ACT will exchange your tickets for another performance of the show (or another production of your choice). All tickets are non-refundable.

In the event that ACT has the performance, but you cannot attend due to weather:

If ACT does have the performance, but you cannot attend the performance due to inclement weather, ACT will exchange your tickets for another performance (if available) or provide tickets for an upcoming production of your choice. In order to exchange your tickets, please call the Box Office at least two hours before the performance and arrange for the exchange.
